As part of a Joint Venture with Silverstein Properties and Fisher Brothers, Capstone Equities purchased The Beekman Tower Hotel in January 2013. The iconic two-building, 152,234 square foot property at 3-7 Mitchell Place was built in 1929. Located on 49th & 1st Avenue near the United Nations, Beekman Tower is considered one of the finest Art Deco skyscrapers in Midtown Manhattan and features 174 units. The building will go through an extensive capital upgrade and will be converted into a world class corporate housing and extended stay program.
